Thank you for visiting the Taylor Davis online store. Listed below are the store policies and information regarding shipping and handling:

We are unable to issue refunds for any digital products unless an accidental duplicate purchase has been made (we will issue you a full refund less the PayPal processing fee). If you have trouble downloading a product, or if your download link has expired, please contact support@taylordavisviolin.com to resolve any issues.

Physical albums are able to ship throughout the US and to most other countries. There are 2 shipping methods available for US and international orders. An extra handling fee is applied to international first class shipping rates so the postage reflected on your package may be different from what you paid in the store. Once your payment is received, your item will typically ship within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) and depending on what shipping class you chose, can typically take between 3 days up to a week to arrive to you.

If placing an order for a t-shirt, please review the size chart below before placing an order.  Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for t-shirts at this time UNLESS the shirt arrived damaged or you received the wrong size or color from what you ordered.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be or if they will even occur. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We apologize if this causes anyone inconvenience but it is something that is unfortunately not within our control.

If by accident you entered incorrect shipping information, or want to cancel your order, please immediately send an email to support@taylordavisviolin.com to update your correct information. If we receive your information before your item has been shipped, we can make changes or cancel an order. We can not cancel or change shipping information once an order has been shipped.

If your order is Pending, this means that your order has been received, but we are awaiting payment. Processing means that your order has been approved and we have received payment and is waiting to ship. Complete means that your order has been shipped.

Currently PayPal (and credit card through PayPal) is the only accepted method of payment in the store.

If your item was damaged when you received it, please send a picture of the damaged item to support@taylordavisviolin.com to receive a replacement. If you want to return an item, please contact support@taylordavisviolin.com to start the return process. You will be refunded the full amount you paid, but return shipping will be at your own cost.
